摘要 早在1936年,Rose等人根据动物营养试验结果,证实L-异亮氨酸为人和动物体营养必需氨基酸之一。它可作为强化剂添加于食品中以及用于配制一般营养复合氨基酸输液和治疗型特种氨基酸输液,其用量逐年增长。 发酵液是含有大量菌体等固形物组成复杂并带有负电荷的胶体分散体系,同时具有亲水性和憎水性的胶体特性。 Pretreatment of L-isoleucine fermentation broth was studied. Experiment results indicated that chitosan was the best flocculant and the optimum flocculation conditions were: pH5, flocculant dosage 180 mg/L and temperature 40℃. In order to confirm the optimum conditions being reasonable and reliable, the filtration constant was determined and discussed.
