As recent teaching practice proved that the greatest obstache for 《The Modern Educational Techniques》as the public course lies in ineffective experimental teaching,the paper analysized the present situation and the problems exis ting in the experiments on the course of modern educational techniques as the public one in normal colleges and universities and it discussed the problems existing in solving experimental teaching.
