On necessity and urgency of speeding development of higher education in Yunnan

本文通过对比研究,可以看到中国和发达国家、云南和东部省区高等教育发展的巨大差距,从而认识云南高等教育发展的必要性和紧迫性.云南高等教育的发展,规模必须加大,速度必须加快,结构必须更高,这样才能与全国高等教育的发展同步,缩小差距,为云南的可持续发展,提供坚实的基础和充足的人才支持,从而实现'科教兴滇'的目标.

By comparative study, this article showed that the significant differences of higher education among China and developed country, Yunnan and eastern provices, indicating the necessity and urgency of speeding development of higher education in Yunnan. To develop higher education of Yunnan, what we should to do is that expanding its size, speeding its development, improving relevan structure. Only by this way, can we catch up with the space of the development of higher education of China, and decrease the gap, and provide a solid base and enough talents, and serve for sustainable development and promoting the development of Yunnan by scientific and technology.
