A preliminary analysis of the patterns of senior normal school education in the new century

人才培养模式是近几年高等教育中的一个热门话题,纵观中外高等教育现状,高师培养模式主要有"非定向型"和"定向型"师资培养模式两种.本文详尽分析了两种培养模式的特点,在此基础上,初步提出优良人才培养模式的构建问题.

Talent cultivation pattern is one of heated topics concerning the higher education in recent years.After taking a panoramic view of the current state of higher education at home and aborad,we find there're two main kinds of talent cultivation pattern of senior normal school,i.e., directed pattern and non-directed one.Based on a detailed analysis of the characteristics of the two patterns,this article comes up with the tentative idea of constructing the cultivation pattern of full-fledged talent.
