英语口语与跨文化交际能力的关系

A tentative research on relationship between Chinese students’ oral ability and their inter-cultural communicative competence

由于近几年国内某些高校在盲目追求大学英语考试(CET)四、六级的通过率.因而导致了许多大学毕业生在通过CET后,仍然是耳不能听、口不能说.另外,随着高新技术不断地推陈出新和网络的普及,我国与世界各国间的国际交流与合作日益频繁.这对我国现行的外语教学提出了更新、更高的要求.因此,培养学生的口头交际能力和跨文化交际能力就成了当务之急.

Quite a few colleges and universities are competing blindly for the passing rate of CET 4 and 6 . As a result, the ability of students' language application is somehow ignored. Many students who have passed the CET tests are in capable of listening well, neither can they speak well. On the other hand, with the rapid development of high technology and Internet, China is increasing communication and co-operating with other countries around the world, which requires a higher demand in the field of foreign language teaching. It is an urgent task for us to cultivate Chinese students with excellent competency of oral and inter-cultural communication.
