摘要
"元学习"与"一般的学习"不同,元学习能力的实质在于:学习活动中有自我意识到自我监控.目前大学生普遍缺乏这种能力.这种能力可以通过两种方法自我培训获得:目标学习法和自我调节学习法.
Metalearning is different from average learning;the former counts on self-awareness and self-coutrol in study activities,and this is what most college students lack at present. The metalearning ability can be obtained by means of training oneself in two ways: objective learning and self-adjusting learning.
