以往的语篇分析主要侧重于分析功能而不是内容.本文试图通过分析语篇识别主题及主题推进来调整这种平衡.识别主题,可以用自下而上研究主位--述位及词汇链的方法或用自上而下概要法找出关键词的语义关系.识别了主题,可以通过语义关系看主题推进,包括主题维持、转移、替代、再现或插入.
Discourse analysis has largely focused on function at the expense of content. This paper attempts to redress the balance by providing an analysis of discourse by identifying the topics in the discourse and following their development.
