The reference rooms are an important composing part of teaching & scientific research at universities, which produced and development embody historical necessity and external rationality. It is time to change universities' type, presence and development of the reference rooms were fluctuated by some people who put forward to cut down and merge the reference rooms for they have showed some drawbacks. Realism need us to earnest analyze and value evaluate the function of the reference rooms.
