摘要
受教育权是宪法赋予每个公民的基本权利之一,文章从部门法的角度阐述了法律对女性受教育权的特别保护,从而保障女性受教育权的真正实现.
The right to education is one of the basic rights vested by the Constitution with each citizen. This artical expoundes the special protection for the female right to education by the legal laws, thus ensuring the complete realization of this right.
