摘要
文章介绍了美籍华人黄全愈先生以行为的两元性--独立行为和角色行为;行为的两重性--无意识行为和有意识行为二个维度建立的一种创造力二维模型理论,并在此基础上剖析我国教育中的盲区--第4区自主行为,即独立--有意识行为的成因,进而倡导以儿童为主体,尊重以儿童为主体的教育思想.
The article introduces one two-dimensional model theory of creativity of Mr.Huang Quanyu, a Chinese American.The theory buildes on two dimensions,one is the two elements nature of behavior -independent behavior and role behavior;the other is the dual nature of behavior-conscious behavior and unconscious behavior. Based on the theory, the author analysis the blind spot existing in the education of China, and then advocate one educational thought which suggests seeing children as subjects and respecting them in educational activities.
