摘要
本文通过对国外最新心理学的研究,认为虽然目前国外创新教育的实践仍处于探索阶段,还没有一个成熟的创新教育的操作性方案,但是国外的一些研究者对这一问题也达成了一定的共识.研究者认为:创新能力的培养需要从帮助学生树立创新信念、鼓励学生掌握基本技能和特定领域的知识、激发学生对事物的好奇心和探索精神、激励学生的内在动机、激励学生的自信心、为学生的选择与发现提供机会、培养学生自我管理(元认知)的技能等几个方面入手.
By referring to the latest foreign psychological researching literature, this essay generalized the ways to practice innovatory education and concluded at present we still had not a mature manipulative blue print of innovatory education at the early stage of innovatory practice. But some foreign researchers jointly suggested the following ways to enhance creativity. They were: promoting students' supportable beliefs about creativity, encouraging students to build basic-skills and domain-specific knowledge, stimulating students' curiosity and exploration, building their internal and external motivation, encouraging their confidence and a willingness to take risks, providing opportunities for their choices and discoveries and developing their self-management (metacognitive) skills.
