本文就当代大学生心理素质的3个方面,即"自我实现"、"挫折"、"成就动机"作了调研.论文中的材料主要取自于学生的自我测评,有其真实性和代表性,为高等教育工作者,尤其是素质教育方面,提供了具有参考作用的现实材料.

This paper gives as a survey on three aspects of the psychoclgical ability of contemporary college students such as self fulfillment, frustration, motive for achievement. The data given in it, which are mainly from students' self evalution and therefore powerfully true and representative, can offer a reference for college education especially quality education.
