普通学校校本课程开发的问题与对策

The problems and countermeasures of school-based curriculum development in common schools

新一轮基础教育课程改革要求普通学校开发校本课程.在当前条件下,我国大部分普通学校校本课程开发尚存在一系列问题,还未完全具备校本课程开发的必要条件.本文通过分析其在课程理念、办学宗旨、管理体制、教师条件、设备经费等方面的问题,并提出相应对策,力求促进普通学校校本课程开发的生成和发展.

School-based curriculum development is an important part of new curriculum of elementary education. At present, there are a series of problems for most common schools to develop school-based curriculum. The author analyzes these problems in the following aspects: the ideas of curriculum, the purpose of school, the system of management, the qualities of teachers, the educational expenditure and equipment. Based on this, the paper also provides proper countermeasures to the problems. We hopes it can promote the development of the school-based curriculum in common schools.
