论现代大学办学理念及加入WTO的机遇

On the ideal for a contemporary university

本文分析了现代大学的办学理念,应将"以人为本"做为教育哲学观,把"注重学术"作为生机和活力所在,以"服务社会"视为办学方向,把"改革创新"作为不断前进的强大动力.同时,针对中国加入WTO后的形势,分析了应抓住的各种机遇.

This paper analysis the ideal for running the contemporary university. 'All for the man' should be regarded as an educational philosophy; 'Pay attention to scholarship' as the resouce of vigor and vitality; 'Serve to society' as the direction of running an university; 'reformation and innovation' as the strongh thrust of going forward. Meanwhile, the university must seize oppertunities with WTO.
