21世纪国际教育面临的挑战与对策

The challenges the international education is facing and it’s countermeasures since 1990s’

20世纪90年代全球社会生活发生了根本的转型,一个新的时代,即全球化时代已悄然来临.作为全球化时代最具代表性的经济形态,'新经济'对这个时代以及21世纪初期国际教育的发展产生了全方位的影响,与此同时,国际社会也对新经济给教育带来的挑战做出了反应.当前,在我国已加入WTO的情况下,作为全球经济社会的一分子,了解全球化背景之下新经济对教育的挑战,以及各国的应对策略,对促进我国教育的发展有一定的意义.

The global society has occurred an essential transition, a new era_ an era of globalization is coming quietly. As the most representative economic form of this era, 'new economy' brought an overall influence to the international education in this era as well as the beginning of 21 century. Meanwhile, the international society has made reactions to the challenges which the new economy have brought to the education. Currently, with China's entering the WTO, China becomes a member of global economy. Knowing the challenges which the new economy have brought to education under the background of the globalization and the countermeasures of other countries, will become significant to promote our country's educational development.
