摘要
"导师制"原是高校学术教育教学的模式,将其运用于中等职业学校中,是我国职业教育管理体系的一个创新。中等职业学校是以培养应用技术型人才为目标,将导师制应用于自身的管理模式中,能够更加有利的促进学生的个体发展、发挥教师的积极作用。本文从中等职业学校自身的特点入手,阐述了实行导师制的必要性,并分析了导师制具体的实施策略,以期为中等职业学校管理模式的改革提供一点借鉴意义。
"the tutor system" was originally a model of education and teaching for the university academic,and will be an innovation management system of vocational education,applying to its secondary vocational schools in China.The goal of the Secondary vocational schools is training person of application of technology-based.Appling to their own tutorial system management mode can be more favorable for the development of students individual and the positive role of teachers.starting with their own characteristics of vocational schools,This article expounded the necessity,the specific strategy of " the tutor system",in order to give some reference for the management reform of secondary vocational schools.
