It is an effective carrier of ecological civilization by developing green economy and realizing green transformation. The development status of printing and dyeing industry in quanzhou city is analyzed first. Based on the perspective of ecological civilization,from the perspective of government and enterprise level,the paper mainly analyzes the system guarantee and technical requirements of the transformation of the printing and dyeing industry,aiming to promote the green transformation of the printing and dyeing industry in quanzhou city,and finally establish an ecological industrial park.
