MCGS组态控制技术在中药炮制控制系统中的应用

The application of MCGS configuration control technology in TCM firing control system

针对传统中药炮制机器温度控制不够准确,操作界面可视化程度低,无数据分析功能等缺点,设计了基于PLC和MCGS组态控制技术的中药炮制控制方案,用MCGS软件制作了友好的人机操作界面,包括PID参数设置画面,设备运行监控画面,中药品种及炒制参数设置画面,数据分析画面等.实验结果表明,中药炒制过程温度控制精确,自动化程度高,操作界面简洁易用,实时数据和历史数据分析和管理比较方便.

In view of the temperature control in traditional Chinese medicine processing machine is not accurate,the visual degree of the operation interface is low,and without data analysis functions and some other shortcomings,we have applied PLC and MCGS configuration technology to the design of the Chinese medicine processing control. The MCGS software is used to make the friendly man-machine interface,including PID parameter setting screen,equipment operation monitoring screen,traditional Chinese medicine variety and stir frying parameter setting screen,and the data analysis screen,ect. The experimental results show that the temperature control is accurate,the degree of automation is high,the operation interface is simple and easy to use,and the real-time data and historical data analysis and management are more convenient.
