摘要
针对BIM技术在国内发展和应用并不成熟的现状,笔者根据"流程再造"思想确定建筑工程项目每一阶段信息的获取方式,并构建了一体两翼式的信息流转路径来阐述BIM技术在建设工程项目全寿命周期的系统化应用.此外,对如何实现建筑程项目全寿命周期BIM技术的系统化应用作出具体的实施规划,以打破信息孤岛弊端,保证建筑工程项目全寿命周期信息在BIM平台的有效流转,实现BIM价值最大化.
According to the situation that the development and application of BIM technology is not mature in China. The author,according to the idea of process reengineering,the way of obtaining information in each stage of the construction project is determined,and building a two-way information flow path to explain the systematic application of BIM technology in the construction project full life cycle. Furthermore,Implementary plan is put forward to realize the systematic application of BIM technology in the full life cycle of construction project. All of this is to break the phenomenon of information island,and ensure the effective circulation of information in the BIM platform in the whole life cycle of construction project,and realize BIM value maximization.
