摘要
月季的种类繁复多样,为了更加直观地了解月季的生长习性,有必要对月季进行合理的分类.月季作为蔷薇属植物,种质资源丰富,不但可以作为优秀的城市园林建设美化材料,还可以建设起以其为主体的月季专类园,以供观赏、收集、研究之用.现代月季种类丰富,遗传多样性程度高,为了更好地鉴定品种之间的差异,DNA分子标记技术应用愈加广泛.
Because there are many kinds of Chinese rose,in order to have a better understanding of the Chinese rose growth habit,we need to carry on the reasonable classification of Chinese rose. Chinese rose has rich germplasm resources which is one of the rosa species,not only can be used as an excellent city landscape construction material,also can build up to it as the main body of Chinese rose gardens,for ornamental and collection and research. In order to identify the aspects of genetic diversity,RFLP marker,RAPD marker,SSR marker as the most commonly used method is applied more and more widely.
