培养高水平应用型创新创业人才是地方性本科院校人才培养的目标.本文以高等本科院校动物科学专业的《饲料加工工艺学》课程为突破口,分别从课程内容编排,教学方式改进和考核方式等三个方面提出了切合实际的教学改革措施,旨在探讨高水平应用型人才培养的模式.

The most important goal is to cultivate high-level application-oriented innovative entrepreneurial talents for local undergraduate colleges. In this paper,the author puts forward practical teaching reform measures from three aspects,such as curriculum content arrangement,teaching mode improvement and examination method,which is based on the course content arrangement,the improvement of teaching methods and the way of assessment,and aims at exploring the pattern of high-level applied talents cultivation.
