基于因子分析的安徽省贫困县脱贫绩效评价研究

Performance evaluation of poverty-stricken counties in Anhui province based on factor analysis

2020年我国将要实现全面脱贫,迈入全面小康社会的宏伟目标.选取能够反映脱贫成效的15个相关指标构建评价指标体系,基于因子评价模型对安徽省16个贫困县的脱贫绩效进行评价,得出各县脱贫绩效评价排名顺序.结果表明:第一,各个贫困县的脱贫效果均有显著性提高,不同县脱贫效率存在差异;第二,居民生活水平的提高对脱贫绩效的提高作用较为明显;第三,大别山连片特困区以及靠近皖北一带的贫困县的经济发展水平有待政府进一步的扶持,有较大的提升空间.

in 2020,China will achieve the grand goal of comprehensively lifting people out of poverty and entering a moderately prosperous society.The evaluation index system is constructed by selecting 15 related indicators that can reflect the effect of poverty alleviation.Based on the factor evaluation model,the performance of poverty alleviation in 16 poverty-stricken counties in anhui province is evaluated,and the ranking order of the performance evaluation of poverty alleviation in each county is obtained.The results show that:first,the effect of poverty alleviation in each poverty-stricken county is significantly improved,and there are differences in the efficiency of poverty alleviation in different counties;Secondly,the improvement of residents’living standard has obvious effect on the improvement of poverty alleviation performance.Third,the economic development level of the contigous impoverished areas in dabie mountain and the poor counties near the northern anhui province needs further support from the government and has a large room for improvement.
