聚合物量子点的制备及在酶检测中的应用进展

摘要 聚合物量子点(Pdots)的光电性能突出,粒径较小,大多在20 nm左右.本文介绍了微乳液法和纳米沉淀法合成半导体聚合物量子点,同时对两种制备方法作了比较;另外讨论了Pdots在生物酶检测中的应用,通过对生物酶的含量检测,对疾病的早期诊断起到辅助作用,Pdots荧光探针检测生物酶的极限较低,灵敏度较高,显色范围较宽,具有潜在的应用价值;最后讨论了半导体及聚合物量子点存在的缺陷,聚合物量子点有望在未来生物医学领域取得突破进展.
