摘要
DS1631是MAXIM公司最近生产的数字温度传感器,通过2线与控制器连接,用户可选择9位~12位输出分辨率,在0℃~+70℃时,精度可达±0.5℃,可满足一般的测量需求。通过数学方法补偿,精度还可再提高近10倍,应用领域进一步扩大。本文介绍它的结构、与单片机、的接口和编程原理,重点介绍提高测量精度的方法。
The DS1631 is a temperature sensor made in MAXIM company recently. The temperature measurements require no external components, data is read/written through 2-wire serial interface I SDA and SCL Pins) and provide ±0. 5℃ accuracy over 0℃ +70℃ range. By means of the Curve-Fitting method compensation, the accuracy can also be increased again near 10 times, and the applied field may be further extension. The construction, interface with microcontrollers and programming principle are introduced, and the method of improving measurment accuary is emphatically introduced.
