摘要
美国社区研究与行动学会(SCRA)于2012年公开发布了社区心理学实践能力草案。通过文献研究,探讨自草案公布近五年来,各国学者对草案的评价和对社区心理学实践能力内涵的讨论。并与欧洲心理学专业学会提出的欧洲心理学专业认证体系(EuroPsy)的社区心理学实践能力和美国社会工作教育委员会提出的社会工作基本能力进行比较,梳理了社区心理学实践能力的内涵。关于怎样培养具有社区心理学实践能力的人才,重点介绍了参与式教学和田野实践课程两种培养模式。最后讨论国外研究对我国社区心理学学科发展和人才培养的启示。
In 2011,the Society for Community Research and Action(SCRA)in US appointed a group of experts to define competencies for community psychology practice and published a draft for review in 2012.Based on literature review,this paper explores scholars’discussions and comments on the draft and contents of competencies for community psychology practice in the past five years since the draft has been published.We compare the draft with Euro Psy competencies for community psychology practice proposed by the European Professional Associations of Psychology,and the basic ability of social work proposed by the Council of Social Work Education.Meanwhile,we introduces two training models-participatory pedagogy and fieldwork study,to train community psychologists.Finally,the implications for community psychology’s development and training of community psychologists in China are discussed.
