稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病百令胶囊联合噻托溴铵粉吸入剂治疗临床观察

Clinical observation of Bailing capsule combined with tiotropium bromide powder inhalation in the treatment of patients with stable COPD

目的慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)是一种可以预防和治疗的慢性肺疾病,具有发病率高、进展快、死亡率较高等特点,严重影响患者的生活质量,并给患者家庭带来较大负担。本研究探讨百令胶囊联合噻托溴铵治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效。方法选取2015-02-01-2017-02-01山东省千佛山医院收治的120例COPD患者作为研究对象,其中给予噻托溴铵联合百令胶囊治疗的为观察组,给予噻托溴铵吸入剂治疗的为对照组,每组60例。比较两组治疗前后急性发作次数、肺功能和免疫功能等指标。结果治疗后观察组住院时间为(2.56±4.28)d,低于对照组的(9.21±5.13)d,t=7.710,P<0.001;观察组每年急诊次数为(0.48±0.56)次,少于对照组的(3.17±1.85)次,t=10.780,P<0.001。治疗后观察组FEV1/FVC水平为(76.50±10.43),高于对照组的(61.70±9.72),t=8.041,P<0.001。治疗后观察组CD4水平为(45.80±5.60),优于对照组的(42.90±6.50),t=2.618,P<0.05。结论百令胶囊联合噻托溴铵粉吸入剂治疗稳定期COPD,对降低急性发作次数,改善肺功能及提升CD4的效果优于单纯噻托溴铵粉吸入剂治疗。

OBJECTIVE Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a kind of chronic pulmonary disease that can be prevented and treated.It has the characteristics of high incidence,rapid progress and high mortality.It seriously affects the quality of life of patients,and brings heavy burden to the families of patients.This study is to investigate the clinical efficacy of Bailing capsule combined with tiotropium bromide in the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.METHODS A total of 120 COPD patients admitted to Qianfoshan Hospital of Shandong Province from February1,2015 to February 1,2017 were selected as the study subjects.The observation group was treated with tiotropium bromide combined with Bailing capsule,and the control group was treated with tiotropium bromide inhalant,60 cases in each group.The number of acute episodes,pulmonary function and immune function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.RESULTS After treatment,the hospitalization time of the observation group was(2.56±4.28)d,lower than that of the control group(9.21±5.13)d,t=7.710,P<0.001.The number of emergency cases in the observation group was(0.48±0.56)times per year,less than that in the control group(3.17±1.85),t=10.780,P<0.001.After treatment,the level of FEV1/FVC in the observation group was(76.50±10.43),higher than that in the control group(61.70±9.72),t=8.041,P<0.001.After treatment,the CD4 level in the observation group was(45.80±5.60),which was better than that in the control group(42.90±6.50),t=2.618,P<0.05.CONCLUSIONS Bailing capsule combined with tiotropium bromide powder inhalation is better than tiotropium bromide powder inhalation alone in the treatment of stable COPD,which can reduce the frequency of acute attack,improve pulmonary function and enhance CD4.
