小牛血清去蛋白提取物对急性脑梗死患者炎性因子及氧化应激指标影响 被引量:2

Effect of calf serum deproteinized extract on inflammatory factors and oxidative stress indexes in patients with acute cerebral infarction

摘要 目的急性脑梗死(acute cerebral infarction,ACI)作为常见心脑血管病,是导致患者致残和致死的重要原因,脑损伤的发生与炎性反应和氧化应激有关。本研究观察小牛血清去蛋白提取物对ACI患者疗效和炎性因子与氧化应激指标的影响。方法选取2017-10-01-2018-09-30唐河县人民医院收治的ACI患者为研究对象,将其中接受常规药物及小牛血清去蛋白提取物治疗的46例患者作为观察组,同时根据观察组年龄、性别、病程和梗死部位,选择与之比较接近接受常规药物治疗的46例患者为对照组。观察两组临床疗效、炎性因子指标〔肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)和白细胞介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8)〕、氧化应激指标〔丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)〕、Bather指数评分及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为93.48%,高于对照组的78.26%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。治疗前两组TNF-α、IL-8、MDA、SOD水平及Bather指数评分对比,差异无统计学意义,均P>0.05。治疗后观察组TNF-α为(1.22±0.20)g/L,低于对照组的(2.38±0.17)g/L,P<0.01;IL-8为(241.84±57.36)g/L,低于对照组的(431.69±64.81)g/L,P<0.01;MDA为(5.21±1.31)μmol/L,低于对照组的(8.74±2.25)μmol/L,P<0.01;SOD为(1 182.94±63.17)U/L,高于对照组的(684.93±76.04)U/L,P<0.01;Bather指数评分为(81.94±5.12)分,高于对照组的(70.87±6.39)分,P<0.01。仅观察组出现轻微皮疹和发热各1例,未对治疗造成不利影响。结论 ACI患者接受小牛血清去蛋白提取物治疗有利于降低炎性因子水平,改善氧化应激指标,提升患者日常生活能力,临床应用安全且有效。 OBJECTIVE Acute cerebral infarction(ACI),as a common cardia-cerebrovascular disease,is an important cause of disability and death in patients.The occurrence of brain injury is related to inflammatory response and oxidative stress.Therefore,this study aims to observe the efficacy of calf serum deproteinized extract and its effect on inflammatory factors and oxidative stress indexes in patients with ACI.METHODS The clinical data of 92 ACI patients treated in Tanghe county people′s hospital of Henan province from October 1,2017 to September 30,2018 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into two groups according to treatment methods.The 46 patients with routine medicine therapy were taken as control group,and the other 46 patients with routine medicine and calf serum deproteinized extract were taken as observation group.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-8(IL-8)],oxidative stress indexes[malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)],Barthel index,adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.RESULTS The total effective rate of observation group(93.48%)was higher than that of control group(78.26%)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in the levels of TNF-α,IL-8,MDA,SOD and score of Barthel index between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment,the TNF-αof observation group(1.22±0.20)g/L was lower than that in control group(2.38±0.17)g/L(P<0.01).The IL-8 of observation group(241.84±57.36)g/L was lower than that of control group(431.69±64.81)g/L(P<0.01).The MDA of observation group(5.21±1.31)μmol/L was lower than that of control group(8.74±2.25)μmol/L(P<0.01).The SOD of observation group(1 182.94±63.17)U/L was higher than that of control group(684.93±76.04)U/L(P<0.01).The score of Barthel index in observation group(81.94±5.12)points was higher than that of control group(70.87±6.39)points(P<0.01).There were 1 case of mild rash and 1 case of fever in observation group,which had no adverse effect on treatment.CONCLUSION Calf serum deproteinized extract in treatment of ACI can decrease the levels of inflammatory factors,improve oxidative stress indexes,increase activity of daily living,which is safe and effective.
