胃癌组织Fascin蛋白和趋化因子L20表达与幽门螺杆菌感染相关性研究

Correlation between expression of Fascin protein and chemokine L20 and Helicobacter pylori infection in gastric cancer

目的近年来,胃癌在我国部分地区已经呈高发趋势,对人民群众的生命健康造成严重威胁。本研究旨在探讨胃癌组织中Fascin蛋白和趋化因子L20(chemokine L20,CCL20)表达与幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,HP)感染的相关性。方法选取2015-02-04-2018-01-09阳谷县人民医院病理科收集的90例胃癌组织标本及其癌旁组织标本,采用免疫组化染色技术检测Fascin和CCL20蛋白表达,分析不同TNM分期、肿瘤病灶大小、淋巴结转移、不同分化程度和是否发生HP感染的胃癌组织中Fascin与CCL20蛋白表达差异。结果胃癌组织CCL20蛋白阳性表达率为68.89%,高于癌旁组织的26.67%,差异有统计学意义,χ2=32.152,P<0.001;Fasci蛋白阳性表达率为73.33%,高于癌旁组织的33.33%,差异有统计学意义,χ2=28.929,P<0.001。不同TNM分期(χ2=6.192,P=0.013)Fasci蛋白阳性表达率差异有统计学意义;不同TNM分期(χ2=5.637,P=0.018)和是否发生淋巴结转移(χ2=7.677,P=0.006)胃癌组织CCL20蛋白阳性表达率差异有统计学意义;胃癌组织中CCL20蛋白表达(r=0.450,P<0.05)和Fasci蛋白表达(r=0.600,P<0.05)与HP感染呈正相关。结论胃癌组织中的Fascin、CCL20蛋白表达上调,并且与HP感染有相关性。

OBJECTIVE In recent years,gastric cancer has been on a high incidence in some parts of China,posing a serious threat to the lives and health of the people.This article aims to investigate the relationship between Fascin protein,CCL20 expression and Helicobacter pylori(HP)infection in gastric cancer tissues.METHODS Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of Fascin and CCL20 proteins in 90 specimens of gastric cancer(February 4,2015 to January 9,2018)and adjacent tissues.The expressions of Fascin and CCL20 in gastric cancer tissues with different TNM staging,tumor size,lymph node metastasis,different degrees of differentiation,and HPinfection were analyzed.RESULTS The positive expression rates of CCL20 protein and Fasci protein in cancer tissues were 68.89%and 73.33%,respectively,which were significantly higher than 26.67%and 33.33%in adjacent tissues.The difference was statistically significant(χ2 values were 32.152,28.929,both P<0.001).The positive expression rate of Fasci protein in different TNM stages was statistically significant,χ2=6.192,P=0.013.The positive expression rate of CCL20 protein in gastric cancer tissues with different TNM staging and lymph node metastasis was statistically significant(χ2 values were 5.637,7.677,both P<0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between CCL20 protein and Fasci protein expression and HPinfection in gastric cancer tissues(r=0.450,r=0.600,both P<0.05).CONCLUSION The expressions of Fascin and CCL20 proteins in gastric cancer tissues are up-regulated and have a significant correlation with HPinfection.
