樟柳碱注射液治疗缺血性眼底病效果及对血流动力学指标影响

Effect of anisodine injection on hemodynamics in patients with ischemic fundus ophthalmopathy

目的 缺血性眼底病变常伴有血流动力学指标异常。本研究分析樟柳碱注射液对缺血性眼底病患者临床疗效及其血流动力学指标影响。方法 选取沈阳爱尓眼视光医院2017-05-01—2018-10-31收治的92例缺血性眼底病患者作为研究对象,根据年龄、性别和病程频率匹配的方法分为观察组与对照组,每组46例。对照组应用常规治疗方式,观察组应用樟柳碱注射液进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果以及血流动力学情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.65%,高于对照组的78.26%,差异有统计学意义,χ~2=6.133,P=0.013。治疗后,观察组红细胞比容为(0.35±0.07)%,低于对照组的(0.41±0.12)%,t=2.929,P=0.004;纤维蛋白原水平为(4.11±0.24)g/L,低于对照组的(5.23±0.44)g/L,t=15.156,P<0.001;红细胞聚集指数为3.80±0.42,低于对照组的4.88±0.52,t=10.958,P<0.001;全血黏度为(4.88±0.41)mpas,低于对照组的(5.52±0.32)mpas,t=3.275,P<0.001;血浆黏度为(1.58±0.014)mpas,低于对照组的(1.71±0.23)mpas,t=13.245,P<0.001。结论 樟柳碱注射液治疗缺血性眼底病临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者血流动力学指标。

OBJECTIVE Ischemic fundus diseases are often accompanied by abnormal hemodynamic parameters.This study aims to analyze the clinical efficacy and hemodynamic effect of anisodine injection on patients with ischemic fundus ophthalmopathy.METHODS Totally 92patients with ischemic fundus ophthalmopathy admitted to our hospital from May 1,2017to October 31,2018were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the method of matching age,sex and course frequency,with 46cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with anisodine injection.The therapeutic effect and hemodynamics of the two groups were compared.RESULTS The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.65%,which was higher than that of the control group(78.26%),χ2=6.133,P=0.013.After treatment,the hematocrit of the observation group was(0.35±0.07)%,which was lower than that of the control group(0.41±0.12)%,t=2.929,P=0.004.The level of fibrinogen in the observation group was(4.11±0.24)g/L,which was lower than that of the control group(5.23±0.44)g/L,t=15.156,P<0.001.The erythrocyte aggregation index of the observation group was(3.80±0.42),which was lower than that of the control group(4.88±0.52),t=10.958,P<0.001.The whole blood viscosity of the observation group was(4.88±0.41)mpas,which was lower than that of the control group(5.52±0.32)mpas,t=3.275,P<0.001.The plasma viscosity of the observation group was(1.58±0.014)mpas,which was lower than that of the control group(1.71±0.23)mpas,t=13.245,P<0.001.CONCLUSION Anisodine injection is effective in the treatment of ischemic fundus ophthalmopathy,which can effectively improve the hemodynamic parameters of patients.
