摘要
本文采用三聚氰胺甲醛树脂(MF)对漆酚(U)进行改性,成功制备三聚氰胺甲醛树脂/聚漆酚复合材料(MF/UP),对制备的复合材料性能进行流变性能、常规物理机械性能、抗溶剂性能以及热稳定性测试,并探讨了三聚氰胺甲醛树脂与漆酚的不同配比对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:当n(MF)∶n(U)=1∶2时,所得到UP/MF复合材料具有最好的柔韧性、热稳定性、抗溶剂性和自干性等优良性能。
In this work,the urushiol was modified by melamine-formaldehyde resin and the corresponding melamine-formaldehyde resin /polyurushiol composite material( MF /UP) was prepared. The rheological properties,mechanical properties,solvent resistance properties and the thermostability of composite material were measured. The influence of different mole ratio on the properties of MF /UP was discussed. The results showed that when the mole ratio of melamine-formaldehyde resin to urushiol was 1∶ 2,the obtained MF /UP had best flexibility,thermal stability and solvent resistance properties.
