从CEPA看两岸经贸合作之前景

两岸四地在港澳与内地建立CEPA之后,对于在大陆投资的台商必然会造成压力,台湾面临被边缘化的威胁是不言而喻的,但又为两岸建立类似的经贸合作机制提供了典范和楷模。全球经济格局下区域经济一体化的发展趋势,必然会使两岸经贸关系的民间合作迈向官方间的制度性合作。以珠三角为核心建立包括港澳台在内的南中国自由贸易区,进而建立大中华自由贸易区,这是值得两岸深入研究的课题。

Four regions across the Taiwan Strait will exertpressure on Taiwan investment on China's Mainland after the CEPAsigned between China's Mainland and HK, and Taiwan is likely to bethreatened by marginalization. Anyhow, CEPA will set an examplefor C0ss-Strait economic and trade relations for a similar mechanism.The regionalization process within WTO framework will upgradethe non-governmental economic and trade ties to institututionalcooperation. A Southern China Free Trade Zone with the core regionat the Pearl River Delta area including HK and Macao, Taiwan willbe a major topic for studies in a Greater China Free Trade Zone.
