西藏非公有制经济正处于转型期。从目前的现状分析,仍然在西藏经济的跨越式发展中面临着挑战和机遇。迎接挑战、抓住机遇的必然选择是走创新之路。只有创新,才是西藏非公有制经济跨越式发展的动力。

The paper thinks that the non-state-owned-enterprises (Non-SOEs) in Tibet are in the transitional period. Currently, Non -SOEs still face challenge and opportunity in the great -leap development. Innovation is the required way to meet challenges and grasp opportunity, which is the only driving force for the great -leap development of Non -SOEs.
