The traditional fixed network market is facing an increasingly severe test with the development of mobile communications and IP services. The market setup and mutual competition of voice service change a lot. As we all know, NGN will be an integrated one based on IP technology. Therefore, the integration of data, voice, multimedia and other types of service will be not only a critical challenge, but an opportunity provided for voice services.
