摘要
根据国内外现已开发成功的各种配方型溶剂的功能,提出将其分为加强选吸、脱硫脱碳和脱有机硫3个类型;并按我国天然气中H2S、CO2和有机硫化合物的含量情况,讨论了根据原料气条件选择配方的总体原则。笔者建议:拟建的忠县分厂宜采用Ⅰ型溶剂;长庆气田当前生产的天然气宜采用Ⅱ型溶剂;而Ⅲ型溶剂则可在炼厂气领域推广,并可应用于处理即将投入开发的罗家寨、渡口河气田所产的天然气。
According to the function of successful developed compound type solvent in and outside China pointed out that the solvent can be classified into 3 types:strengthen selective absorption,desulfurization-decarbonization and elimination of organic sulfur. According to the content of H2S,CO2 and organic sulfur compound in Chinese natural gas,discussed the general principle of formula selection based on the condition of raw gas. The author suggested,for the constructing ZhongXian branch plant,it is suitable to adopt solvent Type Ⅰ;for the gas produced in Changqing gas-field,it is suitable to adopt solvent Type Ⅱ,and solvent Type Ⅲ suitable for the refinery gas,also for the gas from the developing LuoJiazhai,DuKouhe gas-fields in nearest future.
