外伸端板连接中的撬力问题研究

Study of Prying Force in Extended End-Plate Connections

摘要 采用有限元法研究了外伸端板连接中,连接面受拉侧撬力分布和撬力系数的范围,给出了外伸端板连接中撬力的分布规律和撬力系数的范围,并与规范的取值进行了比较;研究表明,加厚端板和设置端板加劲肋均能减少接触压应力的面积,但设置端板加劲肋更有效,我国规范中的撬力系数对无加劲端板比较合理,而对加劲端板偏于安全. By employing the finite element method,the paper studies the scope of the prying force distribution at the advancing side of the connection face in the extended end-plate connection and that of the prying force coefficient,giving the distribution law of the prying force in the extended end-plate connection and the scope of the prying force coefficient and comparing it with the standard value.The study shows that the contact area of compressive stress can be reduced either by thickening the end plate or reinforcing it with the ribbed stiffener,but the latter is more effective.The prying force coefficient in our national standard is suitable for the non-stiffened end plate while the stiffened end plate is safer.
