随着信息技术的快速发展,传统电子公文文档在信息共享和数据交换等方面已满足不了现代办公的要求,必须建立有关电子政务方面文档的标准化操作.该文研究基于XML的电子文档的格式规范,开发电子公文文档的标准化系统,规范数据传递和提供服务的标准,以实现文档数据的共享和快速查询.

With the development of the information technology,the traditional electronic official document can no more satisfy the request of modern official business in the information-sharing and data-exchanging field.We must build up standardization of electronic document system in the government affairs.This paper,based upon the electronics document of XML,studies and develops the standardized system of the electronic official document,standardizes the criterion of datatransmitting and that of service-providing so as to realize the share of document data and fast search for data.
