Reflections on the Test of Basic Educational Qualities and Teaching Competency

在高校教师资格认定教育教学基本素质和能力测试中存在很多问题,如测试对高校教师资格申请者的考察不够全面;没有一个明确的、恰当的合格标准;申请者对教师职业的要求和测试标准不熟悉.针对这些问题,必须采取相应措施加以改进.加强高校教师资格认定研究和制度建设;加强对新教师的指导和培训;加强对高校教师资格制度的宣传.

There are many problems in the test of basic educational qualities and teaching competency in the certification of teachers'qualification in colleges and universities,such as insufficient observation of the applicants for teachers'qualification in colleges and universities,lack of a clear and proper qualified criterion for the test,and applicants'unfamiliarity with the requirements and the testing criteria for the profession of the teacher.Measures are hereby taken to solve these problems which refer to the three steps in the observation of the applicants for certification of teachers'qualification in colleges and universities,i.e.strengthening the study of certification of teachers'qualification in colleges and universities and the construction of regulations and rules,augmenting the guidance and training of newly-recruited teachers,and intensifying the propaganda of the certification regulation for teachers'qualification.
