By reforming the mode of graduation practice for urban planning major,the paper discusses the influence of the construction of the graduation practice base over the training of practical talents in urban planning major.The study shows that the construction of the graduation practice base not only helps the students enter the higher-level design institutes for project practice,but also assists the students to consolidate the theoretical knowledge they learned at school and bring it into full play.The construction of the graduation practice base must be greatly strengthened and improved in the future graduation practice links.
