公办高职院校基建资金筹措与还贷风险防范——以浙江省为例

Raise Fund for Capital Construction and Guard against Risks in the Return of Loans in Public Vocational Colleges: A Case Study of Zhejiang Province

通过对浙江省7所公办高职院校的基建资金筹措及还贷能力的调研,对存在的一些问题进行了分析,提出了可供选择的资金筹措渠道及还贷风险防范措施.

Based on the investigation of 7public vocational colleges in fund raising and the return of loans in capital construction,the paper analyses the existing problems and proposes alternative channels for raising fund and for guarding against the risks in the return of loans.
