摘要
介绍了三种振动台的应用特点,简述了国内外电液伺服振动台的发展过程、工作原理以及目前的研究现状.新材料的应用、新结构伺服阀的发明、数字化、智能控制等新技术都能进一步提升电液振动台的性能,使电液振动台向着高频率、大推力、大行程的方向发展,而高性能的电液振动台能更好地满足工程实际的需要、促进相关领域的技术进步.
The paper gives a brief account of the application features of three kinds of the vibration test machine,and summarizes the developmental process,the basic principles and the status quo of the research of the electro-hydraulic vibration test machine at home and abroad.The application of new materials and new technologies like invention,digitalization and intelligent control of new-structured servo valve,further improve the performance of the electro-hydraulic vibration test machine,enabling the electro-hydraulic vibration test machine to develop in the orientation of high frequency,strong thrust and long range,and the electro-hydraulic vibration test machine with high performance can better meet the requirements of the practical needs of projects,promoting the technological progress of relevant fields.
