摘要
随着我国经济体制改革进程的推进,近年来建筑钢构企业得到了快速发展.钢构企业在促进经济建设、缓解就业压力的同时,也出现了种种劳动法律纠纷,给和谐社会建设带来不稳定因素.该文结合学生课题的开展,在调研杭州地区建筑钢构企业劳动法律关系现状等的基础上,就劳动法律纠纷的成因进行分析,提出了构建和谐劳动关系的建议.
With the deepening reform of Chinese economic in recent years , the steel construction business has seen a rapid development.These businesses have contributed to promote economical development and increase employment opportunities.However , they have also led to various labor disputes which brought unstable factors to the building of harmonious society.Based on the investigation of the actual condition of labor relation in steel construction companies in Hangzhou , this paper analyzes the cause of labor disputes , and proposes recommendations for building a harmonious labor relation.
