杭州市经济适用房宜居度调查分析

The Research on the Livability of Affordable Housing in Hangzhou

以经济适用房的宜居度为调研对象,选取3个不同区域的经济适用房小区,采取问卷方式,对小区的区位、环境、公共配套服务设施及生活成本等方面进行量化调查统计.调研结果采取AHP(层次分析法)定量分析,并对经济适用房小区的宜居度进行探讨,提出规划和建设方面的相关对策与建议.

The livability of affordable housing is studied based on three different regions within the affordable housing district. The quantitative statistics about the housing site, environment, public service facilities and the cost of living are surveyed using questionnaire. Survey results are then quantitatively analyzed with the AHP method. Further discussions on the livability of affordable housing are carried out and countermeasures and recommendations on planning and construction are proposed.
