民办高校图书馆服务模式发展浅议——以参考咨询服务为例 被引量:1

摘要 随着民办高校社会地位的稳固,高校图书馆数字化建设的普及,参考咨询服务也已经逐步成为图书馆服务项目的一个重点.结合民办高校图书馆参考咨询服务的现状,探讨参考咨询服务的发展方向,提出了更高层次的咨询服务——知识咨询服务.笔者从自身工作的角度,阐明如何实现民办高校图书馆由参考咨询到知识咨询服务的途径,供同行参考和借鉴. With the gradually stabilized social status of non-governmental institutions of higher learning and the popularity of digital construction of university library,advisory service has gradually become a key service of the libraries.Based on the current situation of libraries in non-governmental institutions of higher learning providing advisory service,it discusses the development trends and proposes a higher level service-knowledge consulting service.From the perspectives of the authorsown work,it illustrates the path for realizing the transformation from advisory to knowledge service so as to provide references and guidance.
