摘要
从白蚁栖息地土壤中筛选分离得到一株具有纤维素降解活性的细菌ZJSRU-11,对其进行分子生物学鉴定,并研究其粗酶液的酶学性质.该菌株初步鉴定为无色杆菌(Achromobacter sp.),具有完整的纤维素酶系统,包括羧甲基纤维素钠酶活力、滤纸酶活力和β-糖苷酶活力.ZJSRU-11菌株羧甲基纤维素钠酶活力较高,在45℃、pH 5.8的反应条件下,反应35min时活力达到19.6U/mL.
A microorganism hydrolyzing carboxymethyl cellulose is isolated from the termite-inhabiting soil and identified according to phylogenetic analysis.The characterization of crude CMCase is examined.The strain is identified as the Achromobacter sp and has a complete cellulase system including FPase,CMCase andβ-glucosidase.The strain ZJSRU-11 has high CMCase activity and exhibits its optimal activity of 19.6U/mL at 45℃and pH 5.8after 35min.
