Rapid Determination of Lead in Dyes by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要 建立了火焰原子吸收光谱法快速测定染料中铅(Pb)的方法.将液体染料样品直接稀释配制、固体染料样品以超声溶解8min制备成测试液,采用标准加入法测定液体染料样品与固体染料样品中的铅含量.在选定的仪器测定条件下,该法测定结果与国标法(GB 20814—2006)混酸消解处理染料样品测定结果相比较相对误差≤5.09%,加标回收率为93.4%~104%,检出限为0.087μg/mL(n=15),5.00μg/mL Pb标准溶液平行测定15次,所得Pb吸光度的相对标准偏差为3.76%(n=15).该方法操作简便、快速、准确可靠,可代替国标法应用于染料样品中铅含量的测定. A rapid method for determining lead(Pb)in dyes using flame atomic absorption spectrometry is developed.Liquid-state dye samples are directly diluted while solid-state dye samples are dissolved by ultrasonication for 8min to prepare the test solutions.Contents of Pb in both solid-and liquid-state dyes are then determined using standard addition method. Under the selected instrumental conditions,the relative error of the results between the proposed and GB(GB 20814— 2006)mixed acids digestion methods is less than 5.09%.The spiking recoveries are in the range of 93.4%to 104%and the limit of detection is 0.087μg/mL(n=15).The relative standard deviation,determined by 15repetitions of 5.00μg/mL of Pb standard solution is 3.76%.The proposed method is easy to operation,and provides a rapid,accurate and reliable measurement.It can be an alternative to the GB method for the determination of Pb in dyes.
