摘要
食品毒理学是一门实验性很强的学科.为适应新形势下食品安全的发展需要,拓展学生的创新能力和综合素质,该文结合多年来食品毒理学实验的教学经验,从实验教学内容、实验教学方法和考核方式三个方面进行了教学改革和探索,旨在提高食品毒理学实验教学的质量.
Food toxicology is a highly practical subject.In order to adapt to the development of food safety in recent years, and to train students with creative ability and comprehensive quality,teaching reform is introduced from the three aspects of optimizing experiment contents,improving teaching methods and reforming examination methods,to improve the teaching quality of experimental teaching.
