摘要
虚拟食品添加剂安全实验的设计和开发是为了满足青少年加强食品安全知识、提高选购安全食品能力的现实需求.该文以体验式教学理论为设计依据,将虚拟食品添加剂安全实验分为激发动力、实践感受、体验内化和反馈外化四个阶段,阐述了该虚拟实验的功能和架构设计,介绍了四大模块的实现方法.
A virtual food additives safety experiment is designed to meet the increasing demand for the youth to strengthen food safety knowledge and improve the ability to buy safe food.In this paper,the experience type teaching theory is used as the design basis,and the virtual food additives safety experiment is divided into four stages of motivation,experience, experience internalization and feedback.The function and structure design of the virtual experiment are discussed,and the method for implementing the four modules is introduced.
