新闻学专业应用性极强,而实践教学环节的薄弱或欠缺,成为新闻专业提高人才培养质量的一大瓶颈.为此,该文试图立足校本实训,建构起一套立足于学校、面向全体学生、贯穿学习全过程的实训机制,重在培养学生的专业素质和职业能力.

Journalism is a subject with strong applicability,though nowadays the training on news practice is very weak and has become a major bottleneck to improve the talent training quality on journalism.This paper attempts to establish a training mechanism,which is focused on schools,for all students,and is throughout the whole learning and training process,to cultivate studentsprofessional quality and occupational ability.
