摘要
"乳品与饮料工艺学"是高校食品科学与工程专业的主干特色课程,是一门应用性较强的课程.该文对"乳品与饮料工艺学"课程的教学现状进行了分析,并在课程分析及教学目标设置的基础上,对教学内容、教学方法和教学方式的改革进行了探讨,以提高学生学习效果,培养学生的综合能力,从而达到提高课程教学效果的目的.
Dairy and Drink Technology is the main and special course of food science and technology major in universities, and has strong application feature.This paper analyzes the main problems on teaching situations of Dairy and Drink Technology.Based on the teaching target,the present study aims to improve the learning effect and studentsabilities according to the renewal of teaching content,improvement of teaching methods and the reform of teaching models.
