该文探讨信息化手段改进学校行政办公的效率,充分发挥民办高校体制灵活的特点,提升民办高校的内在竞争力.通过深入实地分析和研究,浙江树人大学应用办公自动化系统运行四年以来产生的显著效果,印证了办公自动化对于民办高校的价值,为民办高校信息化提供了有益借鉴.

This paper discusses the improvement of administration efficiency in university by means of information system and makes full use of the flexible characteristics of non-governmental institutions of higher learning to enhance their competitiveness.Through in-depth field analysis and research on the significant effects brought by the application of the office automation system in Zhejiang Shuren University over the past four years,it proves the value of office automation to nongovernmental institutions of higher learning and provides useful reference to their informationization.
